Clean, renovated, quiet, with easy parking! And only 7 minutes from Passignano s/t. Great beds, stunning view from the balcony, we were all impressed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The hotel is kept to a very high standard and the addition of the pool is a bonus.

The location of the property is very isolated with nothing around for miles.

"We had a lovely time"

Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. The king size bed was really comfy and the room looked very clean.

Bedside lights didn't work properly. Staff could have been a little friendlier, and we found it a little pricey.

Large rooms, clean and neat, friendly staff, very good food, astonishingly low prices, all in all a more than satisfying experience. Would come back anytime. Perugia, Assisi are very close, the other beautiful parts and towns of Umbria are easily to be reached within an hour.
