Ottima posizione, in pieno centro storico. Colazione varia e abbondante. Staff gentile e professionale Comodo parcheggio gratuito davanti all’hotel, i posti sono limitati ma ci sono numerosi parcheggi gratuiti intorno alle mura

Terribile staff. Direzione troglodita. Maleducata e priva di comprensione e collaborazione. Alla proposta di spostare di 24h il nostro arrivo si è rifiutata. Alla proposta di spostare il soggiorno ad un altra data da concordare, si è rifiutata. In pratica si sono rubati i soldi del soggiorno senza dare nulla in cambio. Uno schifo! Soprattutto a livello umano. Evitate se potete da sti ladri.

Tutta la Dirigenza dello staff. Ignoranti e disumani.
