no heater in bedroom no hot Easter early in the morning nobody tells you that they shut the hot water at night and one had to wait till 7:30 or 8:00 to shower. ridiculous

Very nice people at the reception. Also, the waiters were very nice. The bed was confortable, I loved the pillows, and the breakfast was very good (all sweets, as usual in Italy). They served us cornetti, crostata and pound cake, tea, coffee, juice, Italian toasted bread with jam and honey. There was also yogurt and cereal for those who wanted them. The hotel as a small private parking lot, which is free parking. Also, if that should fill up, there is plenty of parking space in the street leading to the hotel. I was a bit afraid it would be out of the way, but in the end it is only 10 minutes drive from Spoleto and the surrounding woods are great to take a walk and explore. We had a dog and we felt very welcome. I would definitely come back here.

The shower was in the strangest place I have ever seen, inside a closet in the second bedroom, separate from the bathroom. It was impossible to undress inside, so it did not allow any privacy, as you had to undress in the bedroom. If you are traveling with people you are not as 'familiar' with, you might want to ask to be given a room with the shower inside the bathroom.

Struttura un po' datata, ma caratterizzata dal personale molto gentile e accogliente (il personale si è fatto in quattro per supplire alla mancanza di aria condizionata). Luogo immerso nella natura.

Bella la posizione a Monteluco, immersa nel verde di un bellissimo bosco. Parcheggio gratuito vicino alla struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile

L'hotel è immerso nel verde e nella quiete più totale. Rimane un po' in altura, quindi decisamente fuorimano rispetto al centro cittadino. Quando ho prenotato ho letto distanza dal centro circa 2 km, invece sono sei o sette e la strada è molto tortuosa. In generale il soggiorno è stato molto positivo anche perché breve: solo una notte. La struttura è accogliente, anche se un po' datata. Il bagno necessita sicuramente di una ristrutturazione. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Considerando che la colazione è compresa e la tariffa piuttosto bassa, non ci si può lamentare.
