帰りの空港までのアクセスが心配でタクシー手配を相談したところ、とても丁寧に情報をくださり、予約をお願いすることにしました。 お部屋も清潔で雰囲気もよく、朝食も美味しかったです。8日間の旅程のなかで、一泊の滞在でしたが、一番素敵なホテル体験でした。 街の中心にあるので歩いて回るのにもとても便利でした。

The breakfast was amazing. We were offered cappucino, plus there was strong excellent coffee where we could serve ourselves. Excellent juices and fruit. Plus a couple of hot items, which may change. Ours were scrambled eggs and american-style bacon. Plus wonderful fresh sweet and savory croissants. Our room (405) was large but the pillows were large and very firm. We asked for soft pillows but none were available. The A/C worked well. The electricity outlets were not convenient. They were under a table so we had to use our phone flashlights to see how to fit our adapters and converters. Would be nice to have an outlet that is table-height.

Hard pillows. One guy at the front desk was older and not very helpful. He didn't have a TV channel guide and didn't know which channels might have sports. With 100 channels, it was VERY slow to determine that channel 64 was the Suoer Tennis Channel. The TV was small and hard to see from the beds. Another younger guy was very helpful with recommending restaurants and sightseeing tips.

The shower needs upgrading. There was nowhere to put soap or shampoo & the floor was dangerously slippery. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The bed or mattress needs upgrading to a more comfortable option.

Posizione ottima. Letto e cuscino comodi. Camera spaziosa. Gentilezza e cordialità dello staff, pronto a risolvere immediatamente i problemi.

Pulizia non adeguata (polvere sul comodino e sulla testata del letto, oltre che negli angoli) - lo staff ha comunque provveduto immediatamente a far ripulire. Struttura con arredi datati e muri sporchi (urge quanto meno una imbiancata).
