Domenico went above and beyond to get us a ride to the airport. Had trouble getting taxi and arranged a private car. Not costly. All the staff was lovely. Advice not to make dinner rez Mon nite was bad—they were booked up when we arrived. Very disappointing. Otherwise, great stay. Thanks.

Situated in the perfect part of town, just steps away from the magnificent Neptune fountain and Piazza Maggiore, but in a quiet little spot. Very helpful front desk. Delicious breakfast with many options. We are so happy we chose this hotel.

We stayed at thiks hotel for one night while we were in Bologna and it truly was a wonderful choice. You cannot find a better location for the center of the city - walk out of the front door and you're at Piazza Maggiore so truly in the center of it all. There are also loads of restaurants in the location from tourist traps to hidden gems so no problem finding a place to dine. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the breakfast is a great option with ample food choices for all appetites. If you're planning a stay in Bologna this one is a winner!

My wife Estelle and I had a pleasure to stay on this wonderful Hotel for three days We were so well looked after by all the staff members and management team. We had a beautiful room overlooking the main square and a French balcony opened up to give us fresh air and to hear the church bells sound Breakfast was fantastic and a hot chocolate was the best in Europe Using the lounge to relax in the afternoon as needed was wonderful We had the pleasure to meet the owner A big thank you to all reception staff and breakfast staff for looking after us . The Art Hotel Orologio in Bologna is a beautiful hotel in every way. Our suite was elegant, large, sunny and exceptionally comfortable, with a beautiful outlook over the main square. The service and communication was excellent, from arrival to departure, including seamless car parking arrangements. The location is unmatched for sightseeing, shopping and dining, right in the old city centre, and the breakfast, included in the tariff, was outstanding, extremely plentiful, with a huge variety of sweet and savoury offerings, all delicious. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful, and centrally located to all the major attractions in Bologna. There are many excellent restaurants nearby which is very convenient. The best part is the evening live music in the Piazza Maggiore where the hotel is located. We really enjoy our stay there.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of the old city of Bologna just of the Piazza Maggiore. The reception was so welcoming when we arrived late at night, had upgraded our room to a suite, and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was charming and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

You couldn't find a more central location - literally a few steps from Piazza Maggiore - perfect for exploring everything this wonderful city offers. The Art Hotel Orologio is a little gem, spotlessly clean & comfortable, and we found all of the staff, without exception, to be super friendly and helpful. A great breakfast, good coffee and a nice little lounge area to relax in if you wish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This was a lovely, intimate hotel. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the friendly, helpful locals at the desk who gave recommendations on restaurants and activities. The hotel also provided a hearty and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it. We also enjoyed Bologna immensely. The food is amazing!
