"Don't see the point of staying anywhere else"

This was our second time here. After the first time, we quite frankly didn't see any point to wasting our time doing more research. Really adorable. Perfect central location. Rooms are beautiful. Everything is well kept. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast offers great selection. There was an issue with heating/cooling (see below), but this does not deter us from giving a five rating and we will definately stay here again next time in Bologna. The only issue was their new (to us) heating and cooling system. Because of the variable spring weather it worked fine during the day on cooling, but twice in the middle of the night it auto-switched to heat and turned up the temperature. We had to get up, turn it off, and open a window. Even if we turned it off before we went to sleep it turned itself back on when it switched to heat. A programming issue that is likely an easy fix, but we left before we completely figured out what was happening.

Die Lage ist top. Das Zimmer ist ruhig. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück gut und die Leute die bedienen sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Das Pseudo-Afrikanische und billige Design im Zimmer ist einfach nur schrecklich. Durchgesessene Sofas in blauem Leopradenmuster. Ein sehr kleines Fenster auf den Innenhof, was das Zimmer auch bei Tag dunkel sein lässt. Peinliche Ausstellungsvitrine mit Tierfiguren. Das ganze Zimmer ist pseudo-afrikanisch bemalt. Man fühlt sich mit diesem Design richtig unwohl. Das Bad ist zwar gross, aber leider nur ein Lavabo und Duschen in der Badewanne, wo alles rausspritzt. Ausser Badetücher in Frottee waren der Rest der Tücher im Bad kleine "Leintücher". Der Preis von €400 pro Nacht für das Zimmer ist in keinsterweise gerechtfertigt. Angemessen wären €200-250.

We really liked the hotel overall. Great location. Great rooms and bathrooms. Really nice breakfast. Only knock we have is the inability to control the heat/cooling in our room. As finicky Americans, we like our rooms cool when we sleep and we were unable to get it too a comfortable temperature during our stay.

A bit of noise from street and other rooms. Room was stuffy and ac controls did not work. Front desk put on air but went off shortly thereafter.
