tutto abbastanza bene

Piu attenzione agli ospiti, quando mi sono reso conto che non mi era stato restituita la carta d'identità insieme alla fattura ero in aeroporto, non vi dico le risposte che mi sono state date.... alla proposta di spedirlo al mio indirizzo mille difficoltà e la precisazione che avrei dovuto pagare le spese del corriere.... Ho dovuto mandare io una persona a recuperarlo!!!

The morning staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The room was clean.

The mattress sagged so I had to fill the hole in the middle with a bath towel. The doors and hallway were very loud. The wall were so thin I could hear a man snoring. The croissants were not very good quality. The paint is not maintained so walls look dirty and the plaster is chipped.

Τοποθεσία, ευκολία πρόσβασης στο κέντρο με τα πόδια, καθαριότητα δωματίων, complimentary πρωινό, επικοινων'ια με προσωπικό.

Το ντους δεν λειτουργούσε καλά, παρόλο που υπήρχε ζεστό νερό συνέχεια. Γενικά τα μπάνια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Γενικότερα το ξενοδοχείο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση.
