Friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were clean, but small. Bed is literally just 40 sm from the wass. No any amenities inside, except a safe box. The shower cab was extreamlysmall and uncomfortable for use. Breakfast was included in the price, but only after 7:15. So it was not OK with me, I have asked for a breakfast box, they said it was not available. Noisy. The walls are from newspapers. Sunday tried the breakfast. Poor. Bread was at least two days old. Dry and hard. Only one type of salamy. No cheese. Only cold breakfast. No eggs, no nothing. Definitely overpriced, be adviced.

Avevamo scelto questo hotel perché aveva un bel centro benessere, perciò all'arrivo abbiamo subito chiesto informazioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio, trovando conferma e accoglienza dalla proprietaria. Invece scendendo in costume per entrare, siamo stati apostrofati in malo modo dal proprietario che ha detto che il servizio era a pagamento e non potevano usare i teli dell'albergo ma noleggiarne altri a pagamento. Nè il sito nè le persone che ci avevano fatto il check in avevano minimamente segnalato questi pagamenti aggiuntivi. Fra l'altro non c'erano altri clienti nel centro benessere, quindi non avremmo disturbato nessuno entrando con i teli della camera. Soprattutto i modi poco gentili del proprietario ci hanno disturbato molto, perciò abbiamo rinunciato. Questo episodio ci ha amareggiato e ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno. Cave Cerbero!

Bagno da ristrutturare

The location is good but the staff, especially the receptionist who in fact maybe the owner is absolutely horrible. He was not helpful at all. He kept telling me off for speaking English which unreasonable. He asked me to check out earlier than advertised on here with a 15 minute notice and when said I wasn’t ready, he raised his voice on me. Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this place if you can.
