"THE FIFTH STAR OF THIS HOTEL IS THE PEOPLE"

Hotel Annunciata fulfilled absolutely all the expectations that I and my friend had when booking. Excellent location next to the famous Estense Castle, spotlessly clean room with large comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and a pleasant atmosphere. But what exceeded expectations and further contributed to the feeling of being in a five-star hotel was Mr. Massimo at the front desk. If you are lucky enough to have him meet you at the entrance of the hotel, you will have the impression that he was happy for you as a sincere friend and that he is ready to be at your service for everything you need. He helped us with useful tips on sightseeing, but also provided all assistance with booking the shuttle to the airport. His communication and service give this hotel a fifth star. We recommend this hotel and intend to return to it if we come to beautiful Ferrara again.

Sehr nettes Personal

Uns wurde empfohlen in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage „ borgorico „ zu parken -da wurden dann für 2 Tage 60!!! Euro fällig -darauf wurde vom Hotel nicht hingewiesen -wir waren davon ausgegangen aufgrund der vorherigen Empfehlung vor der Anreise und der Beschreibung, dass dort wesentlich günstigere Tarife aufgrund der Buchung gelten!!!

The Hotel Annunziata is in a perfect location for exploring Ferrara, a pleasant walk from the train station, steps away from good bars and restaurants, and overlooking the spectacular Castello Estense. (We came back from breakfast on a Sunday morning to find a medieval costume pageant playing out on the piazza below.) Rooms are modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and diverse -- we could have stayed a week and not tried everything. And while the hotel is big on pushing AI, QR codes and the like, the personal touch is evident and appreciated. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and Anna, especially, was helpful recommending excellent restaurants nearby.
