We stayed there along with a lot of our family members for my daughter's wedding in Ferrara. The hotel is very clean and the location is great and easy to walk to various sites, restaurants and shops. The staff is excellent! From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff. Always friendly and courteous. They went over and above to help us in situations when we were unable to reach a restaurant for reservations. They called and made the reservations for us. Some of our family's luggage was lost at the Bologna airport and they helped by contacting the airport to follow up and make sure the luggage was found and delivered straight to the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful with so many delicious items to choose from to eat. We will be back to Ferrara in the future and plan on staying there again.

Bellissimo hotel in zona centrale a due passi dal Castello Estense. Camere belle e pulite, ottima colazione a buffet e staff gentilissimo!
