Please note, use of the wellness center is at extra cost. The center is open during the afternoons and evenings. Children under the age of 14 years old cannot access the wellness center. A swimming suit is required to have access to the wellness center. Please note that the private beach area is at a surcharge. When booking half board, please note that the restaurant is located next to property. The meal includes 02 courses, a side dish and a dessert. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The property is not soundproof. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property, otherwise the payment will take place at the hotel. If the reservation is not pre-paid, the balance will be requested at check-in Tourist tax not included (€ 4.00 per night from 14 years) Pets allowed with supplement euro 5,00. It will not be possible to leave them in the room for long periods. Parking only on reservation for a fee. La restaurant, la micul dejun a fost totul ok, mâncarea ok, multe prăjituri si doamnele din restaurant foarte ok. Ne au încălzit mereu mâncărica pentru bebe si ne au pus o in thermos.

Am fost total dezamăgit din cauza curățeniei. Am ajuns luni la locație, iar prima data in camera ne a fost făcută curatenie joi, adica penultima zi de sejur.... Am fost cu un copil mic si nu mi se pare normal, mi am scos singur sacii cu gunoi afara, cu pampersi. Fiind la mare, pe jos se aduna nisip, a fost plin de nisip pe jos din cauza ca nu sa intrat in camera sa se facă curat.... Curățenia se făcea după ora 11:00 pana pe la aproximativ ora 15:00 si doamnele de la curatenie făceau o gălăgie mare... trântit de uși aruncat sau scăpat din mana lucruri.... a fost aiurea pentru ca copilul îmi dormea exact la orele alea. Referitor de curatenie, am rugat miercuri la recepție sa se facă curatenie si ni sa spus ca vor venii la ora 17:40 sa facă curat, nu au venit , mi au pus in brate un teanc de prosoape la receptie si au spus un simplu scuze... iar joi după ce am fost la receptie ne a fost făcută curățenia, schimbat patul aspirat luat gunoiul.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Diplomat Palace. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of food, with plenty of options to suit every taste. Our room was cozy and well designed, featuring a beautiful sea-view balcony that made the stay even more enjoyable. Although the room was not very large, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The highlight was definitely the bathroom, which was modern, spacious, and equipped with excellent amenities. Overall, a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

The only thing I would have changed is that the room could have been a little larger. Other than that, it is genuinely difficult to find any significant faults, especially considering the price. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and overall it was absolutely worth it.
