Beautiful place in great location! Veronica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is newly renovated with great breakfast and near a gorgeous beach and a promenade

Alle waren sehr,sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte mit allen Fragen kommen und es wurde sehr engagiert geholfen. Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Frühstück war einsame Spitze!!! Auch sehr schön zum sitzen. Der superschöne, saubere Strand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

It’s a nice and lovely hotel . The staffs are totally friendly and the environment is clean and comfortable. I will come back again. My two daughters liked this vacation and the stayed in hotel. The basement have a huge play paradise for the children.My Hausband also amazed by the birthday surprise .The mother me I had refilled the full energy by this stayed and vacation.Thanks all :)

I’ve used hotels.com for many years. This is the first hotel I have been to which hotels.com accepted the booking and took the money but when you get there it’s actually closed for refurbishment. We had traveled all day only to find it closed when we got there in the evening. The staff did make contact but stated that we the customer should be phoning first to check if the hotel is still operating. How hotels.com and every other travel site in the world works is that every hotel on the search results is bookable otherwise why would it be on the search page. So assuming every hotel listed is actually open then you never need to phone the hotel to check are they open for business. The entire point of the website is to make it easy to book. If the hotel is closed all the hotel manager needs to do is login as admin on hotels.com for their hotel and simply remove it from the search. This would mean you’d have no customers which will find your hotel closed. Not sure why the hotel thinks the customer needs to phone and check every hotel they book is still operating after making the booking. Sorry for the bad review but if it was so easy to avoid this issue I would not be complaining. Please login to hotels.com and remove your listing so no other customer finds you closed and also to avoid further bad reviews.

Die Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Ambienthotel Villa Adriatica, zu dem wir Coronabedingt umgebucht wurden. Das Hotel liegt dicht an der Promenade und ist frisch renoviert. Alles war wirklich in tollem Zustand, das Personal sehr nett und das Zimmer groß und ruhig. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen

Nous avons été obligé de changer de chambre car la première était bouillante la nuit. Personnel de l’accueil sympathique. Mais le personnel du petit-déjeuner et plus particulièrement un jeune grand blond très particulièrement désagréable. En période de covid c’est eux qui vous servent sans port de gants!!! Nous étions vraiment surpris par l’attitude du serveur, alors que nous venons d’un autre hôtel où les serveurs sont sympathiques où on se sert soit même le petit déjeuner avec des gants fournis par l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner moyen et le serveur fort désagréable. Le reste tout à fait correct.
