The staff were amazing, Flavio and some other (who I can't remember the name) were super helpful, friendly, and made sure to talk t me at meal times given I was on my own. They made me feel very welcome overall.

The corridors were a little noisy, luckily I had earplugs so could put them in when going to bed. So not a major issue for me. The sunshine in the hotel and shade made me feel like I was playing musical chairs to get in the sun in the afternoons! Luckily, the hotel pool was relatively quiet, but I would have been frustrated if it was busy and I'd had to spend hours in the shade unwillingly

Great service and perfect location. The staff are always helpful and available.

The room was in the small side

Purtroppo le camere non sono insonorizzate quindi, in particolar modo al mattino, si sentivano i rumori che provenivano dalle varie stanze e dall’esterno. Peccato.
