"Communicatie is een vak!"

Locatie en vriendelijkheid grotendeel personeel.

Kamers niet erg groot maar oké. De badkamer was echter zo klein dat je bijna omgekeerd op de wc moest zitten. Wastafel zo laag dat alles nat werd. Communicatie kan beter in alle opzichten.

La posizione dell'albergo. La comodità dei letti. La possibilità di fare colazione fronte mare e la gentilezza del personale adetto alla colazione.

Mi hanno assegnato la camera 313. Odore di fogna che arrivava dalla doccia. Gradino pericoloso per accedere al bagno. Bagno con muffa e scarsa pulizia (la colonna della doccia ed il porta sapone del bidet INCOMMENTABILI), TV dificile da accendere e con richiesta di accettazioni condizioni per OGNI CAMBIO DI CANALE. Ventola in bagno che non funzionava a dovere. Qualcuno della reception è entrato in camera mia senza bussare, avendo sbagliato piano.....

Serwis sprzątający, codziennie świeżą pościel i ręczniki, sniadania, wygodne łóżka

Bardzo małe pokoje wręcz ciężko się minąć, bardzo głośno na 5 piętrze słyszeliśmy dostawy z góry, obok mieliśmy pomieszczenie dla pań sprzątających i windę, ciężko było się wyspać :( do tego płatna plaża, w obiekcie nie ma basenu lub sauny.

Alla reception sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi. E così pure al bar. Hotel molto bello in una posizione veramente splendida con un parcheggio sotterraneo incredibile.

"Great place for a few days by the sea"

Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Room was a good size, bathroom not big but with all facilities. Location excellent, by the beach and the shopping area. Staff was very polite and helpful.
