Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Vom herzlichen Empfang an der Rezeption bis hin zum gesamten Service hat alles hervorragend funktioniert. Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war ausgezeichnet – das Zimmer war jederzeit sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Essen. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich, von hoher Qualität und unglaublich lecker. Es war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Man merkt, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Unser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren zusammen mit unseren zwei Kinder (7 & 12) für ein paar Tage in Riccione. Das Hotel Tiffany’s hat uns auf ganzer Linie begeistert! Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar – direkt am Meer mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Adria. Unser Deluxe Dreibettzimmer mit Meerblick hat die Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt: morgens aufwachen und direkt aufs Meer schauen, einfach herrlich! Der Service war schlichtweg überragend. Das gesamte Team war zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Egal ob Koffer aufs Zimmer bringen oder schneller Service im Restaurant. Alles hat gepasst. Das Frühstück verdient ebenfalls besondere Erwähnung, reichhaltig, frisch und in toller Atmosphäre. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Absolut empfehlenswert ist auch die hoteleigene Garage. In Riccione ist die Parksituation bekanntlich sehr schwierig, daher war die Garage für 25 € pro Nacht eine echte Erleichterung und jeden Cent wert.

Ehrlich gesagt fällt es schwer, Kritikpunkte zu nennen. Es wäre übertrieben, hier etwas Wesentliches zu beanstanden. Einzig die Säfte beim Frühstück könnten eine Aufwertung vertragen: Frisch gepresste oder zumindest hochwertige Direktsäfte würden das ansonsten hervorragende Frühstücksangebot perfekt abrunden.
