Location can be dodgy if you are on business. They did not have an iron board available

Great location close to the train station (literally a 100m walk). The room itself was basic, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Free WiFi, and around a twenty minute walk into the main town centre.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights (June 12-19, 2019). We chose this place because it's very close to the train station and we intended to use Cesena as a base to visit other cities in Emilia-Romagna. It's a quiet hotel, very safe. Cesena is a gem! Our room (210) was quiet and cosy, the bed comfortable and the shower room very practical and functional. The AC worked perfectly and silently. The hotel is extremely clean and breakfasts were OK with fresh bread and local fruit, good coffee, tasty pastries,... no fried stuff though, and we didn't miss them! But the greatest asset of the hotel is the staff, so helpful, friendly and welcoming that they make you feel at home. So thank you Alessandro, the night receptionist and Anastasia and Camilla and ALL THE OTHERS.

I would like to express my total disappointment in regarding your customer service. I sent a group request to your hotel 2 days ago and I never got a reply back. Today, just now, I called the hotel to check if the email had been well received and asked how many rooms the hotel has (in order to see if my group would still be possible to stay in your hotel) , as I cannot see this information on your website. The lady that answered the phone said "For any information, you need the send an email." I told her that I sent the email 2 days ago and no one replied , so this is why I am calling. And she again said "send an email , bye " and hang up the phone. What does this mean ? Does she know to be polite ? I had only asked how many room you have. It was the first time to enquire your hotel and definitely the last time. A hotel should never reply later than one day to an email. I hope you will take some action on this !

The hotel is OK - a bit desolate, at least on a rainy day, right next to the bus station. It suffers, like so many hotels of this type, from being totally impersonal. Impossible to turn down the heating so slept with the window open. Still, it was clean, there was room to park, and the breakfast was good. Shouldn't complain.

Very central, beside a bus station. Good parking, very pleasant helpful staff throughout. Reasonably good breakfast. Hotel and room clean. Would have given 4 stars on review, but at 105 euros not the best value for money.

If you are planning on visiting Cesena, hotel Alexander is the perfect place to stay. It's bang opposite the train station, it's clean, the staff are very friendly and it's walking distance from the shops and the old city. Breakfast is good and despite being close to the bus and train stations, at night it's very quiet.
