Everything was very good

Great location but this place needs a renovation!!! Like urgently! Beds are not comfortable. I stayed there like 20 years before and nothing changed.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, all bilingual too (we don't speak Italian so we very much appreciated this). The whole place was extremely clean and extremely central.

It's a little dated and a little small for the room size but absolutely nothing to dislike

Very old hotel instead of the photos in their web site and booking.com

The rooms are very old with no facilities! The personnel was not polite, We left from the hotel because the old rooms and they charge us!
