Best Western Hotel Crimea

Un albergo tranquillo, con letto comodo, bagno moderno e pulito, ottima colazione con grande varietà di prodotti dolci e salati, anche locali. Ho molto apprezzato anche la piccola scrivania.

Essendo a piano terra con delle colonnine di cemento davanti alla finestra la camera era piuttosto buia ma sempre molto buona per l'ospite che vuole soprattutto pernottare.

Todo en general. La amabilidad del personal y la facilidad para todo.

La zona es muy tranquila pero queda lejos del centro.

La stanza era pulita, il bagno bello (soprattutto la doccia)

La colazione un po’ cara, infatti non ne abbiamo usufruito

Lo staff accogliente e disponibile per dare dei informazioni.. hotel era vicinissimo a inalpi arena dove dovevo partecipare ad un evento..la camera ampia e pulitissima .la colazione abbondante. Grazie consiglierei questo hotel a tutti coloro che vogliono passare un weekend a Torino

J'ai oublié un pantalon dans la chambre et la procédure de renvoi ne m'a toujours pas été transmise.

My husband is from Turin and we had to go visit family , the location was perfect for us. My parents in the US were hospitalized and my father is not doing well so we had to change our plans and fly back home. I reached out to the hotel for a credit of 3 nights and the response was that they could not resell the two nights therefore could not give me a future credit. I work in the luxury travel sector and this is not the way to handle these situations .. This property was good for us location wise but this property has insect issues. We had an ant infestation in addition to a spider and a roach..They would really need to do a treatment . For us location was good but not A great customer relation tactic.. therefore we will not be returning . Thank you for reading
