Hotel muy pequeño sin escalera. Pedimos cambio de habitación porque no podía subir las escaleras y nadie nos ayudó a subir con las carry on. Somos adultos mayores. El segundo día insistimos con el cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que no. Nos cambiamos de hotel aunque ya teníamos pagado este. Mala atención del personal de conserjería

Muy buena ubicación....a pasos del centro histórico de Turín. El desayuno variado, con opciones para escoger. El hotel, agradable, de un estilo vintage con diversos detalles de una época pasada.

El hotel...por su estilo y características no tiene ascensor...pero el personal se esmera en ofrecer ayuda para llevar el equipaje.
