Grand Hotel Principe

It was beautiful and the staff were so helpful. It even smells divine in the hallways!

Location is convenient to ski rentals and gondola. Very nice sauna in the basement.

The staff could have explained how their apres ski bar worked. I also didn't understand the point of ordering your dinner at breakfast. We only ate dinner once, as the dinner service was a bit awkward.

Location near lifts, helpful staff and nice rooms so the decent amount space plus good breakfast. A proper hotel.

Lovely wide pistes, plenty of interesting runs, including plenty of blacks- friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful busy little town- the hotel was very nice and the staff were helpful and kind and charming- a little too formal for my liking but Im sure thats how they are trained- we had goood food one night and bad the next ( though they did not hesitate to refund that meal - it was the main chefs night off apparently- one to be avoided! Breakfast was a very large choice and good.

not the ski room had heating but not "individual" for boots etc so it would be good to see that upgraded.

Very hospitable staff. Good dinners. From 16-00 at the bar the server will have a snack with tea and drinks
