Hotel Italie et Suisse

The hosts were very friendly and helpful and treated us like family. We were even offered to keep the room till our transfer time as the room was not needed immediately. (We went Easter time so tourist season was not yet at its peak). Breakfast was abundant and tasteful. The room was spacious enough, clean and very comfortable and overlooking the lake. Mornings were so lovely, quiet and peaceful enjoying the lake sitting in the balcony. The host helped us organise a sightseeing itinerary. The hotel is superbly located. The Ferry is across the road. Round the corner there is a cafeteria, two doors down a lounge bar where one can enjoy apertif time while enjoying the lake. Two blocks down there is the church and restaurants, bars and gelaterias all within walking distance and you will find a variety. Will definitely return.

I liked the property itself. It was very central, lake front, ferries across the road, bustops close by, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, church; all close by!

Camera e bagno spaziosi, doppia esposizione che rendeva la camera molto luminosa.

Renderei la collazione più variegata, magari aggiungendo più cose fatte in casa/artigianali.

Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer, nicht besonders sauber

Struttura alberghiera eccellente, situata in pieno centro e comodissima per raggiungere a piedi i principali punti di interesse. La camera era ampia, accogliente, luminosa e pulita, un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato. Il personale si è dimostrato sin da subito gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Un ringraziamento anche alla signora che ci ha accolto a colazione, sempre sorridente e attenta. Soggiorno molto piacevole sotto ogni aspetto, sicuramente un'esperienza da ripetere.
