"What a beautiful place !"

We initially booked for one night, but decided to stay an extra night. We absolutely loved the place. Verbania is beautiful and has a certain grandeur to it. The hotel is beautiful and the service is great (Thank you Loredana !!!) We booked the second night with Lake view ... spectacular !!!

My room was very HOT. I paid for air conditioning, but the front desk would not lower the temperature. It was 26c and very humid. I would not recommend this place!

Die Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade (verkehrsberuhigt) ggüber Bootssteg ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das „italienische“ Frühstück hat deutlich Luft nach oben. Der kostenlose, hoteleigene Parkplatz ist zu klein. Check-in und -out waren knapp und sachlich. Für ein paar Tage passt es.

Checkin dauert rund 30 Minuten, da sie unsere Buchung über hotels.com nicht gefunden haben. Unprofessionell. Hund kostet Euro 25.00 Aufpreis. Zimmer Okay. Frühstück Okay. Lage direkt am See sehr gut. Parkplätze nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe verfügbar.

"Hotel nicht zu empfehlen "

Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Wir waren 2 Personen, uns wurde eine zusätzliche Person berechnet. Bei der Rezeption konnte uns niemand erklären, warum. Die Rezeption meinte, hotels.com sei schuld. Die Hotellage ist gut, das Zimmer ok, aber die Toilettenspülung war kaputt und wurde nicht repariert. Schade. Frühstück sehr einfach, kaum Auswahl.
