accueil très cordial et chaleureux.Bonne situation de l'hôtel. Proche des rives du lac et de la zone détente. Petit déjeuner complet et varié. Chambre sans vue agréable sur l'extérieur et un peu de bruit au petit matin mais avec un rapport qualité-prix très compétitif pour la saison.( on n'y va que pour dormir ..). Petit bémol pour la salle de bain; Cabine douche pas étanche, sèche-cheveux d'une autre époque, tuyauterie un peu bruyante... Dans l'ensemble pour une nuit de passage c'est très correcte.Peut-être qu'une autre fois je demanderai une autre chambre..

I have chosen this hotel for the Sauna. At check in it was requested to light up the heater. Waiting time 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the sauna was not warm. The excuse that there was a problem was incorrectly while the door of the sauna was open when I arrived. It was forgotten to turn on. It took another 45 minutes before it could be used. To use an excuse for their own mistakes, is the reason for this poor evaluation.

Forse il fatto che condivide una parte della struttura (comunque divisa in due corpi) con il Belvedere, che è un quattro stelle, porta ad avere una particolare attenzione al cliente con personale molto preparato e disponibile. La struttura è in centro davanti all'imbarcadero ma è comunque zona molto tranquilla, lo stile è innegabilmente bello, classico ma con un tocco di moderna eleganza, un garbato belle epoque arricchito da balconi fioriti nella cornice rilassante e piacevole di una cittadina curata e ben tenuta. Ci sono parcheggi liberi in zona ma in caso di necessità l'hotel ha un parcheggio privato a pochi minuti a piedi. La stanza non mancava di nulla, clima efficiente, balconcino (di lato, che si affaccia sull'altro corpo, ma ci sono le tende), bagno pulito, doccia classica scorrevole in altezza (certo, il soffione a pioggia fisso sarebbe più piacevole), un porta saponetta al lavandino sarebbe utile. La tv led a muro di dimensioni modeste, forse 22", ma in fondo non è luogo dove star chiusi in stanza a guardar la tv. La colazione generosa sopratutto di dolci, frutta anche a pezzi, yogurt bianco sfuso, una interessante mousse di mela con cannella, marmellate sciolte ma il caffè, portato dal personale, decisamente troppo "light". Non ho provato il ristorante ma i prezzi sembravano adeguati. Il prezzo, online, vista la stagione era adeguato al soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato.

Nettes Empfang/Rezeption. Sauberes Zimmer, Blick ins Hinterhof, ruhig. Fernbedienung-Batterien aus, Licht ob Spiegel aus. Frühstück mittelmässig, vertrocknete Rühreier, Brotauswahl minimal. Parkplatz gegenüber, blaue Zone, Sonntag Gebühr. Hotel bietet für 8Euro Karte/24 h.

This hotel was a total surprise for us, in a positive way. Great value, very clean, excellent service, we got a basic room that was comfortable. The location was great, near restaurants and the boat stop. We would stay there again. I recommend the breakfast option.

Ruhige Lage am See. Die Zimmer welche keine Seesicht haben sind relativ dunkel. Gutes Frühstückbuffet. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut.
