Room 502/503 Fantastic location, next to city center square. Beautiful clean room with breathtaking views. The tub was amazing, having two bathrooms was perfect! Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

The AC was tricky. We slept with the balcony door open.

Top marks to the staff, the lady on reception was especially helpful, sorting us out a room even although we had a change of travel plans and arrived and left earlier than planned. The lounge and bar are very comfortable, the hotel position is good. We had trouble locating the hotel in a rainstorm, but local paople were very helpful with directions. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The room was quiet and spacious with a nice bathroom and walk-in shower.

The bed was a little too firm, but that is a personal thing.

Very friend staff on the reception. Made sure we could park and drop off our luggage then find a parking place.

When wanted some fresh air as we slept, so we opened the window there was a noisy fan on the outside of the building so we had to close the window! We put the aircon on! Not a major problem! Not much gluten free fare for breakfast.
