Das Personal ist freundlich.

Das Badezimmer war nicht ordentlich sauber. Im Schlafzimmer hängen lose Kabel von der Decke. Der Frühstückskaffee schmeckt schrecklich! Da fängt der Tag gar nicht gut an.
