Personale professionale e disponibile , buona colazione e, per ciò che ci serviva, ottima posizione.

Credo che per potersi fregiare delle quettro stelle manchino alcuni standard: camera decisamente piccola, frigo bar vuoto, televisione piccola e comunque senza canali satellitari. Inoltre l'albergo ha una una propria spiaggia destinata ai clienti, ma ombellone e lettini sono a pagamento (ulteriori 59 euro per sabato e domenica)

The location is great for touring Giulianova. Great price for a beachfront room with balcony. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean facility. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Giulianova!

Mój pobyt w hotelu Europa w Gulianowa we Włoszech był rozczarowujący. Po przyjeździe, około 24:00, okazało się, że w pokoju nie było ani szklanki, ani wody, więc nie miałam jak się napić. Rzekoma prywatna plaża okazała się płatna, a leżaki wymagały dodatkowej opłaty. Basen był otwarty tylko na godziny, co nie zgadzało się z ofertą. Śniadania były bardzo przeciętne. Co więcej, pokoje były wyjątkowo małe i ciasne. Całość sprawiała, że realia nie miały wiele wspólnego z obietnicami.

Location is central, super convenient to reach the beach and town center. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

The rooms were not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel and lacked several key features, such as a coffee machine or kettle. The minibar was empty, and essentials like slippers and proper soap, shower gel, and shampoo dispensers were missing. The bathroom was also extremely small overall.
