Hotel Europa Beach Village

Sicuramente la cucina, a volte non è all'altezza di un quattro stelle

We loved the location, the staff, the hotel was satisfactory - it met our requirements. However, at no point were we told that at the Europa ‘beach’ hotel…. The beach isn’t included!!

We had to pay an extortionate amount of money to use the hotels sun beds and umbrellas €80 a day and you’re given sun beds that aren’t occupied by local Italians, who aren’t even staying at the hotel, that pay for them all season so we ended up with the ones at the back to start with and then 6 rows back when it was available. Very very disappointing and they even had the audacity to charge us double as two rooms shared one umbrella! Having spoken to locals, we paid for 4 days nearly what they pay for 4 months. Sad to say we will never return.

The hotel is ideally situated directly across from the beach, just a short walk from the harbor and the main shopping and dining areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests, allowing you to explore the area along the spacious bike path that runs right outside.

Nothing to complain.

the staff are lovely and the location at the beach is also wonderful. The rooms are very clean. The staff at the Bar were wonderful and the atmosphere there was also good

there was no internet. No one advised us if we had to pay or what the problem was. It was very important that I have internet and I chose this property because it had internet. However I had no way of knowing why it was not working as there were no staff on hand. also I didnt realise that this was a quiet time of year and so there was no restaurant and other facilities

The room is small and breakfast was the same every day without vegetables.
