This hotel is beautifully renovated with cool design. Our room was a lake view apartment with a balcony. It was air conditioned and had a kitchenette. It had a garage with included parking. The pool was gorgeous. The lake is immediately across the road for swimming and relaxing. The staff were amazing. Particularly Nicola. Thank you for having us!

Nothing! Note: we had a car and could easily drive where we needed. It is just a little far out of town to walk (30 mins approx) but there is a shuttle bus.

Very friendly staff, the efforts put in the hotel are visible: from it being clean to breakfast being carefully prepared and even items outside of the buffet like eggs were offered. The location is outside of Malcesine, it takes about 40 mins by walk to get to the Malcesine center.

"Skvělý hotel s nádherným výhledem na jezero"

Hotel má nádherný výhled na jezero. Pokoj byl moderní, prostorný a velmi pohodlný. Velkým plusem je krásný bazén. Bar byl k dispozici celý den. Snídaně byly výborné a ocenili jsme také možnost parkování v podzemních garážích. Hotel má vlastní molo u jezera, které je jen pár kroků přes silnici. Přestože se hotel nachází u hlavní silnice, v pokoji byl naprostý klid a žádný hluk nás nerušil.

Kola k zapůjčení byla ve špatném stavu a hotel neměl k dispozici žádnou dětskou sedačku. Nepříjemné bylo také obsazování lehátek u bazénu ručníky na celý den, přestože na nich často většinu času nikdo neležel. V kuchyňce chyběly skleničky na víno.

Jedním slovem skvělé. Nádherné místo, krásný hotel a pokoj předčil naše očekávání. Moderní , prakticky zařízený a balkon s výhledem na jezero. Krytá garáž je příjemný bonus.Mohu vřele doporučit.

Není co vytknout.

Fantastiskt receptionist som gav massor av bra tips. Superfint och rent rum med utsikt över sjön. Otrolig balkong med eftermiddagssol. Cirka fyra kilometer in till centrum men cyklar finns gratis att låna och nästintill hela vägen cyklas vid strandpromenaden.

Lite dyrt då frukost inte ingick och hotellet inte har en restaurang. Vi hade dock bokat detta hotell tusen gånger om då rummet var top notch.
