Stayed here for 7 nights and enjoyed all of them. Very friendly staff, excellent pool and bar, clean and cozy. Issues included very small room and problems with the temperature of the water in the shower. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would come back.
Das Personal sehr nett,bis auf 2 die anscheinend die Gäste als lästig empfinden. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier,also kannten wir die Gepflogenheiten nicht. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab uns den Schlüssel und einen Automatenkey mit der "Erklärung" da wären 10 euro drauf. Wir können es nutzen,und Kleinigkeiten (Naschzeug etc) aus dem Automaten nehmen. 3x(!) nachgefragt ob dies ein Willkommensgeschenk ist, 3x Yes yes! als Antwort bekommen. Die Kinder nutzten den Automaten auch. Beim checkout wars jedoch auf der Rechnung. Beim Nachfragen wurde uns sehr unfreundlich erklärt dass wir das zu bezahlen haben. Punkt. Hier gehts nicht um 10euro. Hier gehts ums Prinzip und die Behandlung. Wenn ich weiß dass ich dafür bezahlen muss ist es ok. Sonst steht man ziemlich blöd da. Auf die Frage bei Ankunft (ca 14.30) ob ein Restaurant in der Nähe ist ,weil die Kinder hunger haben, schickte uns die Dame auf "Schnitzeljagd". Vergessen(?) dazu zu sagen dass das einzige Restaurant in der Nähe("go out,and right") um diese Zeit zu hat... die Restaurants sind etwa 800m entfernt...(das ist nicht Nahe) und schließen meist um 14 od 15 uhr, sperren erst gegen 19uhr wieder auf. Diese Infos jedoch selbst heraus gefunden,weil schnell ins Auto gesetzt und gesucht. Am nächsten Tag half uns eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin uns eine Pizza ins Hotel zu bestellen. Wäre ich als Paar unterwegs gewesen, wäre mir die Entfernung egal. Mit Kinder empfehle ich das Hotel nicht. Obwohl unsere Kinder Globetrotter sind...
Fijn hotel, wij sliepen er maar 1 nacht maar het is ons goed bevallen. Minpuntje is wel dat de kamers ontzettend klein waren, we hadden 2 koffers bij ons maar die hebben we voor dat ene nachtje in de auto laten staan want die kan je op je kamer nauwelijks kwijt. Supergoed ontbijtbuffet alles is er, toppertje! Lopen naar centrum Peschiera vonden wij net iets te ver. Auto parkeren bij het hotel is gratis dat is een pluspunt. Zwembad hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt maar lag er goed bij.

Soggiorno piacevole,ospiti tedeschi in prevalenza famiglie tranquillissimo,piscina pulita,colazione continentale ma caffe'espresso a volontà',stanze un po'piccole ma luminose e bagni recenti,parcheggio gratuito,niente spese aggiunte,lago a ottocento metri.

Colazione ottima e super abbondante, fino alle 10 si trovano brioche appena sfornate, macedonia, uova strapazzate, affettati, di tutto insomma. Camere molto pulite con cura, set di cortesia inconsueti come schiuma da barba e rasoio, spazzolino, crema corpo e set doccia per bambini. Piscina pulita tutte le mattine. Parco giochi con prato esterno. Super disponibili alla reception, come anche in sala colazione. Tutto veramente ottimo.
