I had an amazing week staying at Hotel Walser. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed into such a warm, friendly, and genuinely homely environment. It instantly feels relaxed and comfortable, with a really cool atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, a great start to the day with plenty of choice and quality. The room was spotlessly clean, well kept, and very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate and cleaned to perfection every single day by the housekeeping team. The shuttle service to and from the ski resort was seamless and made everything so easy. Honestly, every detail was thought of, and the whole experience was faultless. An amazing stay from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Walser.

Hotel che paga l'occhio, posizione ottima per un soggiorno a Courmayeur, pulizia molto buona.

Camera fredda, ho dovuto chiedere di alzare il riscaldamento il giorno seguente; Sala colazione freddissima, riscaldamento inadeguato, colazione di qualità medio-bassa; SPA livello base (60 €), sauna molto piccola ed idromassaggio, anch'essa troppo fredda, termo bassissimi in un ambiente dove si sta prettamente nudi; Garage (10 € al giorno) con portone più che apribile direi bloccato; Servizio navetta per l'impianto di Dolonne (3 min. di macchina) 1 andata ed 1 ritorno garantiti, fuori da questi 2 giri 5€ a corsa; check out alle 10,30, con fiscalità Svizzera ogni mezz'ora in più 10€ da pagare (non comunicato al check in); Aneddoto sulla Spa: al check in Flora ci comunica che la Spa deve essere prenotata per le ore 14-16 oppure 17-19, il 4 gennaio chiedo di prenotare per le 14, ma la receptionist mi dice che ha assegnato la Spa alle 12 e dunque mi può assegnare la Spa solo dalle 15 alle 16, ma il costo resta invariato: 60 € anyway. Empatia (esclusa la volenterosa Sig.ra Flora) ai minimi termini.
