Our experience was first class. We booked the junior suite which has a wrap around terrace with mountain views. The property was clean and they replenish the towels and toiletries everyday. What made our trip and experience outstanding was the service of the front desk and dining and restaurant staff. They were thoughtful, helpful, organised and were absolute professionals. They accommodated our dining needs generously and would be suggesting free trips and hikes. Overall, topnotch hotel and would love to visit again.

Free parking (even though about 7 min walk from hotel), breakfast, spa & game room were nice. Also a free ski resort shuttle

Outdated rooms. Rude employee gave an attitude during free hiking tour. They weren't clear about how long it takes which ruined our plans.
