Location is excellent. Cute little town next to Como. Breakfast is super and lots of fresh fruit. The staff are very friendly. Washroom is large but our suite had a window that was floor to ceiling and an outdoor walkway so you couldn’t open it unless you made sure no one was walking about. No desk in the room. We had a triple room with a king bed and a single bed next to it. Would be useful for someone with a child. All in all it was good

Personalul a fost foarte drăguț. Ne-au dat voie sa facem check-in mai repede decât ora 2pm, am putut lăsa bagajele cu mult timp înainte la hotel, iar când am revenit la hotel bagajele ne așteptau deja în cameră. Camera a fost curată, confortabilă, dar raportul calitate- preț nu este unul echilibrat. Prețul camerei duble classic mi se pare prea ridicat pentru conditiile oferite. Breakfast-ul a fost bun, destul de divers. Este un hotel vechi, dar frumos, cu o atmosferă foarte caldă. Nu ne-a deranjat ca nu are lift.

Zgomotul de afară! Am avut camera cu geamurile spre stradă. Si galagia este foarte mare. In continuu trec mașini fiind o stradă principală până spre miezul nopții. Pentru mine a fost foarte greu sa ma odihnesc in timpul zilei sau pur si simplu să ma bucur de confortul camerei cu atat de mult zgomot. Noaptea a fost mai liniște datorită traficului redus. Mirosul de pe holuri și scări este unul vechi, ar ajuta să se folosească parfumuri de cameră pentru a crea un aer mai plăcut.
