Ruined my experience in Positano! I want my money back! My wife and I went there because we were celebrating our honeymoon. We arrived around 6:00 pm. Supposedly parking was included, so we parked the car in "Parcheggio Milano", the "hotel parking". When we got to the room, I couldn't find my phone. We started looking everywhere and just could not find it. I went down to the front desk and when I asked the lady in charge about it, she got upset. I started feeling uneasy. My wife was really upset because she was not able to find it. We went down to the parking lot and the "manager" helped us look and couldn't find it either. We went back to the room to search for it one last time and it did not turn up. My wife went to the front desk and asked the lady about it and she started insinuating that it was our fault and had lost it in a bar. My wife told the lady that either the phone was turning up or we would call the police. My wife started calling the police and the lady called the guy in the parking lot. Magically, the phone appeared. I speak four languages and understand Italian. The lady told him "leave the phone in the car, they found out". We felt insecure all night and had to stay there because it was our only option. The next day when checking out, we went to the parking and were told it was 25€. They told us it was included originally! Clearly they hotel and the parking lot work together to rip people off! Worst stay of my life!! I want my money back!!

"Amazing Hotel, View and Price!"

We had an amazing stay in the off season of Positano, the hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff was AMAZING! They held our luggage all day, and gave us all the best places to go during the off season, and even arranged dinner plans for us! We l loved our stay here!

It was an amazing experience and would highly recommend the hotel and location to anyone visiting Positano for the first time. Loved it! The staff were really polite and helpful and the beautiful view whilst having breakfast was priceless.

"Worth The Memory "

Amazing property with a great view and awesome service in all they do. The hotel restaurant provided superb food and the wait staff was very attentive. But the best employee that they have is the porter who will carry all your bags up the 100 steps to your the front door and then while you’re receiving the tour of the property, he carries them to your room and all with a honest smile.

"Room 208"

We booked online and there was no description that the room opened up onto the outdoor dining patio. There was no privacy whatsoever. However, the staff went above and beyond to move our room so that we would have an enjoyable stay. The property and staff are absolutely lovely and we were very fortunate to not have to be in room 208
