Sehr freundlich, man erhielt viele Informationen für Unternehmungen etc.

Klimaanlage laut, musste ausgeschaltet werden und bei offenem Fenster Straße laut

La vue du petit balcon L'emplacement

Chambre un peu vetuste Personnel du resto un peu rustre et pressé, nous sert l'apéritif et les entrées en même temps. Le repas est vite terminé

"Великолепный вид на озеро Комо!"

Неожиданно для себя получили номер с 2 балконами и видом на озеро - это перечеркнула все недостатки. Большое спасибо за вид! Расподожение очень удобное, жалко, что паромный причал был закрыт на ремонт, пришлоссь идти на паром в соседний городок. После ремонта близость парома будет непременным плюсом.

Кондиционер в комнате был очень шумным, дребезжал и наддув можно было установить либо на максимум, либо выключить совсем. Завтраки скудноваты - предлагаются готовые продукты из супермаркета, сами ничего не готовят, только варят яйца. Сыра не было вообще.
