Ottima la gestione del titolare Beppe su una situazione precedentemente non gestita da lui e che stava degenerando un un problema di difficile soluzione. Presa in mano la situazione ci ha rivolto almeno 3 diverse accortezze tutte ben gradite e che hanno risolto in extremis una situazione difficile.Grazie Beppe per la professionalità e le accortezze ricevute.

La gestione iniziale della situazione da parte di un collaboratore della struttura è stata al limite del tragicomico, fortunatamente risolta dal personale.
