A equipe é muito atenciosa e gentil. Tem um bom café da manhã. A escolha do hotel se deveu ao fato de estar localizado numa cidade perto de Veneza, o que tornou a estadia mais barata. A locomoção até Veneza é super rápida seja de trem ou ônibus.

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem (a temperatura do corredor do hotel estava mais agradável do que no quarto).
