"Hotel Alessandra - Great Value!"

Hotel Alessandra turned out to be very clean, comfortable, safe and very conveniently located only two or three blocks from the train station, Palermo Centrale. The staff was very helpful... my Italian-speaking ability wasn't so good but the staff could speak some English and surprisingly, one of the staff spoke fluent Spanish (he was Sicilian but had worked in Spain) which helped as I spoke better Spanish than Italian (being from Texas). The hotel was a great value, very reasonable priced and I will definitely stay there again whenever I return to Palermo.

Mean breakfast, mean reception, noisy all the night, bedbuuuuugs all the beds! This hotel really destroys Italy!!!!!!!

Clean, comfortable hotel very conveniently located. The only disadvantage: it is on the second floor without elevator
