Forse è un po' da rivedere la struttura, gli infissi, gli accessori dei bagni...

La posizione dell'albergo è fantastica: praticamente ti ritrovi direttamente davanti alla basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli! Quando siamo arrivati in camera (molto spaziosa tra l'altro) abbiamo trovato la porta del box doccia rotta... comunicato alla reception il fatto, il giorno dopo era tutto a posto...

la posizione e perfetta, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, di fronte alla porziuncola, con del personale gentile e disponibile, la struttura ovviamente e storica ma ben tenuta e comprende un buon ristorante con un rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

The staff and location of the hotel were good. Easy to find and check-in, only a short walk from the train station.

The interior of the hotel is quite outdated. I did also have some problems with the air-conditioning in my room.

The breakfast was a good travlers' hotel type of spread, with very fresh croissants, fruit, and an assortment of other foods and beverages. There was a staff person on hand to assist in any special needs.

They need to install charging facilities in the room since we all have cell phones, etc. to recharge during the night. I think there was only one wall plug installation.

Although there was a good selection of salty and sweet times for breakfast, bread was not fresh
