"Excellent"

Nice hotel. Pool area is ok but not great. Room air could have worked better. Very accommodating. Breakfast was very good.

"Good"

Room was clean and a reasonable size. Good size bathroom. We stayed in the older part of the hotel which was quite uninviting.. Lights were off when we arrived. Breakfast was great.

"Poor Service"

The staff could not speak english, the communication was very poor, and customer service was also poor indeed. The air-condition is always switched off even though it was advertised that the room is equipped with air-conditioning system, and the room service does not even bothered to clean the room on a daily basis, and when you called the desk to fetch for the room to be cleaned and they will tell you that the room cleaner is gone home at 12 noon in the afternoon, therefore the room will be left unclean for several days, and also the breakfast is very poor and not good.

"Great experience"

We had a lovely time at Hotel Ai Tigli. It was a perfect place for a young family to escape the heat of the Italian Summer with the garden and pool. It's a short drive from Parma, and has a nice "family run" atmosphere. Stefano and Davido spoke english well, and were flexible enough for us to change our room to enable us to use the wrap around balcony.
