The air conditioning and the nice Italian breakfast with great Italian espresso and cappuccino. As it was 40 C outside the airco in the room was more than welcome.

In the reception guy did not speak english. Breakfast was only sweet pastries. Environment was pretty old. There was no glasses or cups in the rooms.The view was not very good. First you see constructions store and only in the distance there is mountains

The hotel itself is not too bad, acceptable I`d say but the staff is the worst I have ever seen. The absolute lack of education and customer service is astonishing, to the point that they don`t answer your salute or aren`t able to indicate where the room is. Basically this people should just change job and let professionals take care of the hotel
