Great location, very friendly staff, beautiful historical building, the room is spacious and with all the necessities, easy to find parking.

The walls are too thin, and we could hear the people talking in our rooms as we were all staying together.

Quando arrivo in una struttura ricettiva, la prima cosa per me importante è l'accoglienza! Una giovane receptionist sorridente, educata e gentile mi ha dato delucidazioni anche sul mio percorso SPA che avevo prenotato! Tutto lo Staff è stato premuroso con una nota di merito alla Chef che mi ha fatto sentire a casa con i suoi ottimi piatti salentini! La cena nel giardino interno è stata favolosa e rilassante! Anche la colazione europea è stata ottima (la torta casereccia alla crema era fantastica), completa ed abbondante!

Ci sarebbero dei piccoli particolari da rivedere ... normali per una struttura datata ma ristrutturata, ma quei piccoli particolari vengono annientati da tutte le note positive che uno trova in questo ambiente votato al relax e alla cura del cliente!

Molto accogliete il personale ed il ristorante di cucina tipica Friulana e Pugliese, ottima la posizione della struttura.

La vasca nel bagno non è proprio comodissima.
