We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Cristina. It is beautiful, clean, and extremely well maintained. The views from the hotel are amazing and the shuttle makes it very convenient to downtown Sorrento. The staff was wonderful too! They made us feel very comfortable and at home. We would like to especially mention, Francesco at the restaurant. He went above and beyond for my daughter who has a peanut and wheat allergy. He always had special food for her for breakfast and meals that she ate there. Eating out is stressful for her normally, but especially when she is not in her home country. She felt so safe and taken care of there. It was truely a pleasure staying at this hotel. We hope to return in the future!

We stayed at Hotel Cristina for 10 nights in April. The location is great with beautiful panoramic views. It is a small distance from Sorrento town centre and halfway up a steep slope but the hotel offer an excellent shuttle bus service that is very easy to use. Our room was clean and bright with a very modern bathroom. The air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was fantastic with a good selection. The roof top bar has a beautiful terrace with panoramic views. We ate at the restaurant a few times and it was also very good. However the best thing about Hotel Cristina has to be the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and accomodating, it really made our stay a fantastic experience. A special mention of the breakfast staff and how friendly they were - particularly Francesco and Antonella, they really made us feel welcome.
