The staff is great, extremely friendly, giving you a great moment of holidays, from morning till evening! They are very special with the right place of the heart for all every tourist!!!!!

Hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. They gave us an upgrade upon arrival which was a great view of sorrento and Mount Vesuvius. Hotel was very clean and breakfast had a good selection. Courtesy bus supplied by the hotel runs every hour to the train station in the town, which is an added bonus because the hotel is situated up in the hill a bit but that's what gave you the stunning views..not a

Funcionárioseducadose muito simpáticos. Gostaria de destacar o Sr Francesco, que nos atendia com muita alegria e ficou sabendo que íamos sair muito cedo no dia seguinte e perderíamos o café da manhã. Ele fez um saquinho com coisas gostosas para todos nós e deixou cedinho na recepção. Na hora de despedir nos deu um abraço caloroso e sincero. São de pequenos gestos que os lugares se tornam especiais e o Francesco contribuiu muito para nossa avaliação nota 10. Queria parabenizar também as meninas na limpeza! Estava sempre tudo impecável e muito cheiroso. É uma surpresa pra gente foi o restaurante. Parabéns para o chef!!! A intenção não era comer todos os dia no restaurante mas adoramos tanto a comida que resolvemos comer. Custo benefício maravilhoso! Nossa experiência no Hotel Cristina foi excelente! Obrigada a todos!

Gorgeous property on the hill above Sorrento! The staff was so accommodating and helpful, the hotel was really unique - built into the Cliff - the views were gorgeous and it was nicely tucked away from the business of Sorrento but easily accessible via the shuttle.

Getting to the hotel via car was really tricky. The drive up was tight and nowhere to park. The staff was very helpful with parking once we were able to get out and get in the hotel.

The property is well located close to Sorrento but in a peaceful location overlooking Mount Vesuvius with spectacular views out to sea. The staff are all fantastic, and provide a really personal touch. They are superb with allergens and offer an amazing choice at breakfast, dinner and lunch especially for gluten free guests. The view is breathtaking.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Beautiful, spotless, calm haven with epic views over Sorrento. Lovely family room with plenty of space. Very friendly, helpful and kind staff who couldn't do enough for you. Shuttle bus an excellent service - even though you can easily walk into centre of Sorrento. Huge gym available to use at nearby hotel, which we didn't expect. Lovely artwork all around.

First impressions, reception area feels quite basic and dated. Mixed feelings on the location. Didn’t like the road up to the hotel and walking along a very busy road (feels very polluted) to get to the town
