The view was amazing. Even though the hotel is a little outside the central area, the shuttle bus was very efficient and we made several trips per day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I think because it was end of season the bar was not well stocked and several drinks were not available.

Lovely hotel accommodating a large group on pilgrimage for the Holy Year. Aged 26-85! The desk staff was so patient and rooms were well appointed not small. But my favorite people were the staff at the restaurant. Especially Francesco! He made cappuccinos for me every morning and made sure I had plenty of vino for dinner. Best experience -staff wise on our holiday!! Would stay there again.

A great hotel, very clean and well appointed. The views are amazing and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff were absolutely amazing, especially Antoinella, who did so much to make our stay enjoyable. The pool is lovely and has fantastic views. We were there late in the season so fairly quiet. The shuttle bus is fantastic- although we did walk into Sorrento town and back a lot, part of the walk is down a very busy road which isn’t so pleasant. However Sant’Agnello is also an interesting neighbourhood with restaurants and cliff top bars within an easy walk.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel , very fine room , good bed . The breakfast as well. The hotel is situated up on the hill but they have excellent shuttle to the train station in the centre of Sorrento . You write them via Whatsup and reserve half an hour in advance. They also have garage. So we left there the car for all our tour on Amalfi coast . We left the car for 4 days staying in Amalfi . Parking there was absolutely impossible. The service at Cristina was outstanding
