The owners were so kind and wonderful. We had breakfast one morning and that was perfect. The rooms were very spacious and it was easy to return at night after hours.

"Run down and dirty"

Very run down and dirty. The bathroom was so gross I went to the host and asked him to have someone clean the shower. Even then the bathroom smelled like a sewer. You really wondered how safe the water was. The pool was disgusting. It was green with algae and black mold around the perimeter. It's a shame because it is truly a beautiful setting. We were very disappointed.

The owners of the villa is the sweetest couple, they were so kind and offered their help and guidance which was very helpful as a tourist. The villa was so beautiful and so was the surroundings.

"Never coming back!"

Bathroom was dirty and smelled strong from urin. Bedsheets were stained. Mold in the shower. Dirty floors. No fridge in the room which is strange considering the price. Rude/hostile staff (not all).

Great Hosts, Location, Value, quiet, peaceful, elegant, superb garden confining with the winery il molino di Grace. Swimming pool is a great plus! From here you can easily reach everywhere in the region, from Close by Panzano to Castellina, Monteriggioni, Siena and Florence.
