Please note that the spa is available or with the collective formula for one hour free of charge between 16 and 19 or with the private formula with a surcharge of EUR 50 per person per 2 hours daily spa 10-12 or 13-15 and EUR 90 per person per 3 hours evening spa 20-23 with a bottle of Franciacorta. Reservation is always needed. Please note, children aged 18 and under are not allowed in the spa. Air conditioning is available from June until the end of September. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 15 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. From 2025 the domestic animals will be allowed only at the Standart Rooms Please note that parking is not guaranteed as parking spaces are limited.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Pleasant stay at the villa with a garden and a pool."

Beautiful building, well-maintained villa. Very clean. Wonderful pool and nice garden.

Spa was very small. We went there only once, cause we saw that there was not enough space for more then 3-4 people, even if staff said the spa is ok for 8 people at once. In fact, no space to seat in the sauna for more than 3 people.. The breakfast guys are grumpy every day, which is in contrast with the rest of the staff that were polite and pleasant. The tomato’s at breakfast were rotten and it was same tomato’s every day. No olive oil, you have to ask every time to bring it. These small details spoil the overall positive impression about the hotel.

Heel fijn hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel, heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Prachtig zwembad met fijne ligbedden. Alles tip top verzorgd. Mooie ruime kamer met fijn bed.

Magnifique piscine, bel établissent. Bon petit déjeuner, le personnel au petit soin. Nous avons surtout apprécié le fait que notre chien a pu être accueilli.
