Estes comentários devem se ao facto de ser um hotel de 5 estrelas e pago como tal Assim sendo: Pequeno almoço simples , pobre e pouco diversificado, sendo que as panquecas e sumos naturais se pagavam a parte Absoluta intransigência com o bufete de pequeno almoço com recolha de tudo até as 10:30, sem alargamento de horário ao fim de semana Não existe água no quarto, quando questionei mandaram me ir ao bar e pagar pela água… não explicaram que mais tarde iria alguém deixar água no quarto Melhoria do serviço que quartos - Deixavam pijamas por dobrar e amontoados nas cadeiras Não abrem as camas também seria simpático deixar um mimo aos hóspedes no quarto ( fruta por ex?) Sem cafeteira eléctrica no quarto Máquina de café não está ligada a eletricidade Áreas comuns exíguas principalmente quando está mau tempo Sem piscina No meu caso acrescentaram 35 de consumos no bar do quarto que estavam errados - situação retificada no momento do check out Restaurante do hotel caro para a qualidade da cozinha

I stayed at Hotel Porto Venere and the experience was simply perfect. The location is unbeatable, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the harbor. The property is beautifully maintained, elegant, and welcoming. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always helpful their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast was rich, varied, and of excellent quality, served on a terrace with a postcard-perfect view. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a truly charming experience in Porto Venere. I would return without hesitation!
