A wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious, warm and cozy. The staff is very kind and helpful and the breakfast is fantastic. The center of Livigno is about 10-15 minutes away on foot, and the ski lift buses stop near the hotel.

The staff was exceptional friendly and very helpful with information. They even packed a lovely breakfast at departure we have to leave at 6H the morning.. Thank you guys!! we appreciate what you did for us.

Away from the main drag but in walking distance, friendly staff, ability to park and lovely views from our room balcony. Great dining option just over the road and amazing wine bar a few doors up.

Someone smoking on the balcony underneath us. But this isn’t the hotels fault

Hotel breakfast was incredible. So much to choose from. Juices, fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs, cereals, yogurts , breads, even had an electric juicer with a selection of fruit! 10/10
