Ottima posizione così come la pulizia

Abbiamo noleggiato le bici per la serata a Chioggia ottimo servizio sicuramente ma le bici erano un po’ pericolose in quanto parecchio usurate.

La pulizia della camera è la colazione abbondante e varia sono i punti forti della struttura

La gentilezza dello staff della reception

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was exceptional—fresh, generous, and truly the highlight of our stay. The location was also quite convenient.

That said, the room was extremely small, uncomfortable, and in need of maintenance. The third bed was a bunk bed with very little headroom, making it difficult to sleep. The bidet didn’t work, the sinks drained slowly, and the ceiling lamp was broken. Amenities were minimal, with only body wash provided and no shampoo. While it’s possible to manage for a short stay, the overall quality fell below expectations, even for a 3-star hotel. The beach, advertised as private, was in fact open to anyone who wanted to bring a towel and stay. I feel bad leaving a review like this, because the staff were genuinely trying to make guests comfortable, but I think it’s important for future travellers to know what to expect.

Lage, Frühstück und Personal

Parken ist unklar und schlecht organisiert, wir wollten fahren und konnten nicht da kein personal da wahr und uns nie erklärt wurde wie das System mit den chips funktioniert. Der Pool könnte besser in Schuss sein und er ist von 1230-1500 nicht offen! Die Zimmer haben keine Vorräume deshalb hört man alles von Gang sehr laut! Bei uns war eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern im Stock die um 7 Uhr auf gestanden sind daher war es ab 7 Uhr sehr laut im Zimmer. Unsere Dusche hat außerdem geschimmelt.
