Antica Villa Graziella Hotel

Great, clean room at a good price. Wifi was good. Staff was nice. Bus takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Venice. Stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Didn't order the breakfast. Not too much in the immediate residential area around the hotel.

Hotel is not very far from railway & bus station. Local transport is near by from where you easily get the bus for venice island. Room are only for 2 adults. Staff is very friendly. The lady at reception guide us how to go to venice. Also she provide us written information about bus number, stops for going and returning.

Nice location in Mestre. The hotel is quite old though. It is much cheaper than the hotels in Venice.

Chose to stay outside Venice as party of a tour of Italy and this hotel offered the options we wanted. 15 mins walk from train station. Cheap bus service to Venice leaves from very close by which was a bonus (but can be very busy/hot on its return). Hotel staff very helpful in providing details and tickets. Room on the small side but lovely fresh and clean bathroom. Quiet location, peaceful hotel Plenty of choice for breakfast which can be taken outside in the garden. Again staff happy to help/provide selection. Large supermarket nearby.

Loved the personal hospitality of this small hotel. Great to have free parking in front of hotel. Loved being located a block away from a large grocery store and near a bus to Venice. Check-in was great. Appreciated staff showing us everything we needed to know about the room and how to get to Venice. The room was clean and spacious. If you staff here don't do what we did and leave the windows open all night (don't like AC). We were covered in mosquito bites in the morning. We know they were mosquitoes as we saw them flying around the room.

Really liked this place. Close to Venice. Easy bus transport and several nice restaurants very close by. May be back to Venice with friends in the future and would easily stay here.

This Gamily Run Hotel is One of the Nicest, if snot The Nicest Hotels I Have Ever Been Fortunate to Stay In Throughout My Whole Life. I am 69 Years Old and Quite Disabled, stuck in a Wheelchair, therefore I Have To & Do Take Carer’s With Me When I Go Away. 15 mins walk to Mestre train station, quiet location with a supermarket nearby. Clean room (has a heater too!), and nice staff. Definitely recommend.

Easy parking on-site or outside the property. Breakfast very pleasant in the garden outside. Location - convenient for visiting Venice.
